If you have received a scratch card with a winning combination, you must complete the following steps to redeem your prize:
Step 1: Take a picture of the front of your scratch card
Step 2: Send an email using the same email address that you used to place your order, to hello@vapeshop.co.uk. Please include your order number and a photo of your scratch card.

All prizes must be claimed by August 31st 2024. Any prizes not claimed after this date will be forfeited. All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Prizes and discount codes can only be redeemed online at www.vapeshop.co.uk. Vape Shop reserves the right to withdraw this competition at any time. This promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
